Job summary

Re-Leased is building am:pm, an AI-powered test‑automation product for commercial real estate operators. We seek a senior QA automation engineer to own the quality system, create automation, and raise the bar for AI‑driven testing from a small, fast‑moving team in New Zealand.

You will drive automated quality controls across the test pyramid, contribute to continuous delivery, and shape how we test agentic AI features. This role blends hands‑on testing with strategic quality leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA for SaaS products.
• Experience designing test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Proficient with JavaScript/TypeScript end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Strong Git, PRs, and code review practices.
• Fluent in CI/CD and pipeline quality controls.
• Experience using AI tools in testing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality automation across the test pyramid for am:pm.
• Lead end-to-end test strategy and CI/CD integration for rapid releases.
• Leverage AI for test generation, triage, and data creation.
• Curate AI-generated tests and findings with sound judgment.
• Define evaluation criteria for AI-powered features and edge cases.
• Coach engineers on test scenarios from a user perspective.
• Perform exploratory and risk-based testing to find gaps.
