Job summary

DualEntry is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to build and own the QA function for our AI-first accounting platform. You will establish testing strategies across UI, API and integrations and lead the push for reliable, scalable QA practices.

You will design test plans, manage test cases, and collaborate with engineering to ensure quality at every stage. This role requires hands-on testing, critical thinking on tradeoffs, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Software QA, focused on SaaS/web applications.
Experience with UI and API testing at scale.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, AWS and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Strong grasp of bug reporting (Jira), test management (TestRail), and tools like Selenium/Cypress/Playwright.
Knowledge of performance testing, database testing and monitoring (Datadog a plus).
Product intuition and user empathy, with critical thinking on testability.
Ability to manage complex systems with evolving requirements.
Fluent in English (C1+) with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Establish QA practices for a new AI-first SaaS platform.
