Atain in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a senior QA Engineer to lead quality engineering across Web and Mobile platforms with a strong focus on QA automation and modern testing practices. This onsite, long-term role drives the quality strategy and scalable automation initiatives from day one.

You will architect end-to-end automation across web, React Native mobile, APIs, and e-commerce journeys, leverage AI to improve test generation and coverage, and embed automated quality gates into CI/CD

Qualifications

Experience leading QA automation transformation to AI-enabled, automation-first model.
Proven ability to design scalable end-to-end automation across web, mobile, APIs, and e-commerce journeys.
Experience leveraging AI across the testing lifecycle for test generation, coverage optimization, risk identification, defect analysis, and regression optimization.
Experience embedding automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

Lead quality engineering across Web and Mobile platforms with focus on automation and testing strategy.
Design scalable end-to-end automation architecture for web, React Native mobile, APIs, and e-commerce journeys.
Apply AI in testing lifecycle for generation, coverage optimization, and regression optimization.
Embed automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines to enable faster, reliable releases.
Establish BDD/TDD practices, define automation standards, and drive KPI adoption across teams.
