Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the PMO and lead complex cross-product programs in a fast-paced environment. You will drive delivery across engineering, product, and security, applying Agile methods and AI-native SDLC practices.

You will engage directly with Executive and SVP-level stakeholders, manage risks, and build AI-powered tooling to analyze and control program execution while coordinating distributed teams globally.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of program/technical program management, mainly in large software companies.
• Experience working with executive/SVP-level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-native SDLC governance, validation checkpoints, and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-product programs end-to-end from planning to delivery.
• Align across engineering, product, and security teams and manage dependencies.
• Coordinate with distributed teams across sites/time zones.
• Brief executives with status, trade-offs, risks and challenges.
• Apply Agile methodologies to validate and tune delivery processes.
• Identify AI agent impact on planning, quality gates, and accountability.
