Job summary

Protegrity is seeking a Senior Manager of Program Management to lead strategic initiatives across its product and platform portfolio. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Security and Executive Leadership to drive cross-functional programs, improve delivery maturity and provide visibility into portfolio performance.

You will scale governance, deliver on strategic programs, and champion continuous improvement of delivery processes while coaching a team of Program Managers to achieve

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology organizations.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing Program Managers or related delivery professionals.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs across Product Management, Engineering, Security, and Operations teams.
• Proven ability to build, scale, or transform Program Management or PMO organizations.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI-driven SDLC, DevOps, and governance models integrating humans, intelligent agents and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Program Management function and establish scalable governance, delivery frameworks and operating practices.
• Drive execution of strategic product, platform and business initiatives, aligning roadmap priorities with delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning, execution and release activities with Product, Engineering, Security and Operations teams.
• Manage portfolio-level risks, dependencies, resource constraints and trade-offs to support predictable delivery.
• Provide executive leadership with visibility into portfolio health, delivery performance, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead governance and delivery processes for AI, GenAI and intelligent automation initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Coach and develop a team of Program Managers and foster accountability, collaboration and continuous learning.
