Job summary

EY is seeking a Digital and AI Procurement Senior Manager / Solution Architect to lead Source-to-Pay technology programs across ZIP and GEP platforms. You will translate business priorities into architecture and roadmaps, directing global initiatives from pursuit to deployment and value realization.

You will guide architecture decisions, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery excellence while aligning with procurement and IT executives.

Qualifications

• Deep functional and technical knowledge of S2P processes, operating models, data, integrations, controls and architecture.
• Deep knowledge of ZIP and/or GEP including platform capabilities and AI-enabled functionality.
• Experience in 2–3 full implementation cycles as senior program lead or solution architect on ZIP/GEP.
• Experience delivering complex global procurement transformations across regions and systems.
• Experience leading sales pursuits: strategies, estimates, roadmaps, proposals and workshops.
• Experience communicating with Procurement and IT stakeholders including C-suite sponsors.
• Proven people leadership including coaching, resource management and delivery accountability.
• Willingness to work in EY office and/or client locations up to 50% and work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification, discovery, solution strategy, estimation, proposals and executive presentations for complex digital procurement programs.
• Translate client priorities into transformation vision, target architecture, value case, roadmap and delivery model.
• Serve as lead Solution Architect for ZIP and/or GEP transformations across the S2P lifecycle.
• Lead current- and future-state design across intake, onboarding, sourcing, contracting, risk, invoicing, payments and analytics.
• Define solution blueprint including configuration, integrations, data migration, reporting and release strategy.
• Evaluate AI capabilities to improve user experience, decision-making, automation, insights and controls.
• Facilitate design authority and governance, manage trade-offs and prevent excessive customization.
• Lead mobilization through deployment, adoption and value realization with governance and risk management.
• Maintain accountability for scope, quality, client experience and commercial performance across regions.
• Lead, coach and develop teams, contributing to sales growth and account expansion.
