Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a senior engineering leader to architect and deliver AI-powered migration solutions on AWS for .NET, SQL Server, and VMware workloads in Austin, TX. You will work with partners to code, build integrations, and unblock live migrations, turning field learnings into repeatable patterns.

You will design GenAI architectures, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration, guiding model selection and GenAIOps.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software development, cloud computing, or related tech.
• 3+ years designing or consulting on migrations or modernization projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver AI-powered migrations across .NET, SQL Server, and VMware using AWS Transform.
• Embed hands-on with partners — coding, integrations, and unblocking live migrations.
• Design GenAI architectures, including RAG pipelines and multi-agent orchestration.
• Guide foundation model selection and GenAIOps (guardrails, evaluation, responsible AI).
• Collaborate with AWS Transform team and cross-functional AWS teams to scale programs and inform the roadmap.
• Publish reference architectures and technical content for the SA and partner community.
