Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years experience with machine vision or robotics.
• Strong understanding of image processing and machine learning.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple technical projects at once.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements in Industrial environments up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between customers, sales, and engineering to capture requirements and reflect them in technical solutions.
• Support pre-sales with opportunity evaluation and defining project performance criteria.
• Translate customer needs into clear technical specifications for cross-functional teams.
• Lead technical presentations, demos, and PoC projects for potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver technical results and ROI analyses for prospects.
• Travel to customer sites for demos, training, and installations (up to 50%).
• Manage large-scale capital equipment and robotics projects from concept through delivery with detailed plans and risk mitigation.
• Serve as primary contact for project execution and align expectations and deliverables.
• Provide progress updates and milestone reporting to senior management with proactive issue mitigation.
• Develop standardized workflows and project governance to support growth and delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with marketing to produce technical case studies and demo content.
