Job summary

Oxipital AI is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer – Robotics & Machine Vision to bridge customers and our engineering team, translating needs into technical requirements and leading PoC deployments that drive new business opportunities.

You will work with sales and marketing to scale our AI-enabled vision platforms, deliver technical results and ROI analyses, and manage cross-functional robotics projects. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with machine vision or robotics.
• Strong understanding of image processing and machine learning.
• Experience managing multiple technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Bridge customers, sales, and engineering; capture requirements for technical solution development.
• Support pre-sales, evaluate opportunities, and define project performance criteria.
• Translate customer needs into clear technical specs and coordinate with internal teams.
• Lead technical presentations, demos, and PoC projects for potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver technical results documentation and ROI analyses for prospective clients.
• Travel to customer sites for demos, training, technical discussions, installs, and support.
• Manage large-scale robotics projects from concept to delivery with detailed plans and risk mitigation.
• Serve as primary contact for project execution and align expectations and deliverables.
• Provide progress updates and milestone reporting to senior management, identifying risks early.
• Develop standardized workflows and governance models to support growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to create technical case studies and demo content.
