Job summary

Twilio seeks a Senior Learning Experience Designer to revolutionize how our global sales team learns and performs. You will blend instructional design with AI-driven, personalized learning journeys and simulations that shorten ramp times and drive revenue.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in LXD or sales enablement, is fluent with AI design tools, and can create engaging, application-based content for a B2B SaaS audience. Remote-first with occasional in-person gatherings.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in instructional design or sales enablement in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
• Expert-level mastery of prompt engineering using LLMs for curriculum design and content generation.
• Experience with modern AI-L&D platforms and AI-driven enablement tools.
• Hands-on with AI tools for video, image, and interactive learning content.
• Proficiency with authoring tools integrated with AI plugins and a demonstrated portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI authoring tools, LLMs, and prompt engineering to rapidly draft learning materials, roleplay scenarios, pitch guides, and sessions.
• Build AI-driven roleplay simulations for sales reps to practice conversations with AI personas.
• Develop content into adult-learning-based enablement aligned with seller needs.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Product Marketing to map learning pathways to competencies and launches.
• Design just-in-time performance support assets integrated into seller workflows.
• Transform complex product specs into actionable learning experiences and dynamic personalized paths.
• Implement AI-based feedback loops evaluating pitches, calls, and written communications.
• Continuously research and integrate emerging AI tools to accelerate development cycles.
