Job summary

Vibehackers is seeking an AI-first Full-Stack Developer to build merchant-facing features using Laravel (PHP 8+) and Vue 3. The role emphasizes AI-native workflows, rapid prototyping, and integrating AI agents into daily development.

This is a hybrid role in West Palm Beach, requiring in-office presence at least three days per week. You will ship end-to-end features, design REST APIs, manage relational data, and own code quality through reviews and tests while collaborating with product, design,

Qualifications

• Daily use of AI coding tools for shipping production code.
• Full-stack experience with Laravel and a modern JS framework.
• Designing REST APIs, relational databases, and frontend state management.
• Reviewing and improving both human-written and AI-generated code.
• Strong curiosity about AI-driven development and new tools/workflows.
• Experience with Laravel Mix, Webpack, and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Ship full-stack features from Laravel APIs to Vue 3 UIs using AI-driven workflows.
• Build merchant-facing tools that leverage AI to automate workflows and generate assets.
• Prototype rapidly, validate with users, and iterate quickly.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI coding agents, testing frameworks, and generation tools.
• Own code quality through review practices, tests, and guardrails.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ship features.
