Syllo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Internal Tools to build and scale internal software that keeps our operations running smoothly across departments. You will own AI-first internal tools, leverage AI coding agents, and ensure high-quality, reliable code in a fast-paced, remote environment in the USA.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, design robust testing and evaluation pipelines for AI systems, and help set best practices for

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems.
• Experience using AI coding agents in modern software workflows.
• Experience building automated testing workflows for AI/LLM.
• Hands-on experience integrating large language model APIs into apps.
• Experience building internal apps and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in Python and modern frontend frameworks (React).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Drive internal tool evolution to support operations across departments.
• Build AI-first workflows and maintain high code quality.
