Adobe is building an AI-native experience for hundreds of millions of creators. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, Agentic Product, you will own end-to-end implementation across the agent and its delivery across desktop, mobile, and web.

You will drive hands-on model integration, tool use, and multi-step reasoning, while shaping engineering practices and developer experience in a fast-moving AI product environment at Adobe.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with large language models including APIs, prompt engineering, and context window management.
• Experience shipping agentic systems with tool use, multi-step reasoning, and orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and integrating these into real development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own full-stack implementation across Adobe's Agentic Product—from LLM integration to API surfaces, client runtimes, and platform delivery.
• Translate prototype capabilities into robust, scalable, maintainable systems meeting quality and reliability standards.
• Drive hands-on implementation of high-leverage components including model orchestration, tool use, multi-step task execution, context and memory management, and evaluation infrastructure.
• Champion adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to accelerate implementation and raise code quality across the team.
• Contribute to developer experience: tooling, local development loops, CI/CD ergonomics, and scaffolding for fast, confident delivery.
• Stay current with model capabilities, evaluate new LLM approaches, and recommend adoption strategies.
• Help build evaluation and quality framework for agent behavior, including evals, benchmarks, and feedback loops.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to translate product ambitions into technically grounded delivery.
• Collaborate across platform, infrastructure, data, and security teams to ensure guardrails, data protection, observability, and scalability.
• Raise the bar with high-signal code reviews and knowledge sharing.
