Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with large language models and production‑grade LLM back ends.
• Proven ability to ship agentic systems and orchestrate tools in scalable architectures.
• Experience integrating AI tooling into real development workflows and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own full-stack implementation of the Agentic Product, including model integration and client runtimes.
• Lead production buildout of agent capabilities, ensuring reliability and maintainability.
• Implement high-leverage components: model orchestration, tool use, multi-step tasks, memory management, eval infrastructure.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering practices and code quality improvements across the team.
• Contribute to developer experience: tooling, CI/CD, local development cycles, and fast iteration loops.
• Stay current with model ecosystems and recommend when to adopt new approaches.
• Contribute to evaluation frameworks and guardrails for safe agent behavior.
• Collaborate with product, design, platform, and security teams to align delivery with business goals.
