Job summary

Adobe is seeking an Engineering Manager, Agentic Product, to lead a team building AI-native experiences that integrate generative models with Adobe capabilities for creators at scale.

You will manage day-to-day execution, coach engineers, and partner with Product to translate strategy into practical, well-scoped engineering plans while maintaining high-quality, reliable agent features across surfaces.

Qualifications

• Track record leading engineering teams to ship complex AI products with strong execution discipline.
• Experience with AI/ML product engineering and generative models in creative contexts.
• Hands-on depth: architecture decisions, code reviews, and evaluating agent behavior.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day engineering execution for a squad delivering agent capabilities across surfaces.
• Grow engineers through coaching, goal-setting, and hands-on technical engagement.
• Translate product strategy into scoped engineering plans with early constraint surface.
• Design and deliver agent capabilities across in-app creative workflows and multi-step tasks.
• Establish and maintain the quality bar for agent behavior and measurable improvements.
• Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to ensure guards, data protection, and reliability.
• Stay current with emerging agentic standards and model capabilities.
