Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Full Stack Developer to drive AI-assisted development in an enterprise environment. You will write and review Java Spring Boot back-end and Angular front-end code, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery under strong human oversight.

Required are 8+ years in software engineering, 5+ years each in Java/Spring Boot, Angular, PostgreSQL, and AWS, plus active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 8+ years of software engineering, ideally enterprise-grade with the mentioned stack.
• 5+ years Java/Spring Boot experience; 5+ years Angular; 5+ years PostgreSQL; 5+ years AWS.

Responsibilities

• Code Development: Write, review, refactor, and optimize Java (Spring Boot) back-end and Angular front-end code.
• AI-Assisted Development: Use AI tools to generate boilerplate code, unit tests, and modernization tasks.
• Code Validation: Ensure AI-generated code aligns with security standards, AWS architecture, and PostgreSQL protocols.
• Human Optimization: Debug, review, and refine AI outputs to prevent issues and ensure high-quality abstractions.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
