You will lead development using Java Spring Boot, Angular 21+, and AWS architectures, while integrating AI coding assistants to accelerate secure enterprise code delivery.

The role emphasizes innovation and excellence in a security-conscious, AI-driven environment, reporting to the Program Manager. On-site only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with key technologies.
• Java (Spring Boot): 4+ years designing backend services.
• Angular 17+: 4+ years frontend development.
• PostgreSQL: 3+ years design and optimization.
• AWS environments: proficient in cloud architecture.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and optimize back-end services using Java (Spring Boot) and front-end interfaces with Angular 21+.
• Leverage AI tools for boilerplate code, unit tests, and modernization tasks.
• Ensure compliance with AWS cloud architecture standards and PostgreSQL standards.
• Debug and optimize AI-generated code to prevent issues and security vulnerabilities.
• Advocate for best practices in code maintainability and versioning.
• Contribute to architecture and design of scalable, secure software systems in AI workflows.
• Other duties as assigned.
