Job summary

Darkroom's Shadow is the AI coordination layer that powers marketing teams with shared memory, centralized agent control, and model orchestration. You will sit at the intersection of back-end and front-end, designing, building, and scaling features end-to-end, especially AI/ML-powered experiences, while mentoring peers and guiding architecture decisions.

The role requires 5+ years of experience and deep expertise in Python, Node.js, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, with hands-on GCP,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering with end-to-end ownership in a full-stack role.
• Deep expertise in Python, Node.js, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on with GCP, containerization (Docker/K8s), and high-traffic systems.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models (LLMs, NLP, RAG) into production apps.
• Familiarity with MCP servers or related infra tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement full-stack features from database to UI, optimized for scale.
• Build and maintain RESTful/GraphQL APIs and data pipelines in GCP.
• Integrate, prompt, and debug LLMs and AI tools; manage RAG or fine-tuning pipelines.
• Ensure smooth interoperability of front-end and back-end systems and secure data flows.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture discussions.
