Bask Health is seeking a Senior Forward-Deployed Engineer to partner with the CEO and CTO to design the software backbone for Telehealth. You’ll drive frontend migrations, performance optimizations, and production AI builds across a multi-tenant Next.js/React stack.

You’ll own end-to-end features, travel the stack from UI to API and database, and work closely with care teams to deliver reliable, scalable healthcare software. AI is central to our approach and patient outcomes.

Competenze

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Able to take product from 0 to 1 in a live patient environment.
• Strong frontend expertise (React, TypeScript, Next.js).
• Backend skills (tRPC, Drizzle ORM, SQL, Node.js, SST).

• Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences.
• Own key surfaces end to end, from concept through production.
• Work across the stack and avoid handoffs.
• Follow a feature from the interface through the API to the database.
• Work AI-first with Cursor and Claude Code.
• Prototype fast and validate with real users, including patients and care teams.
• Build for scale and own the codebase.
• Translate product needs into reusable, well-architected patterns.
• Document prompts, patterns, and workflows for faster collaboration.
