Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead production AI agent deployments for healthcare and life sciences. You will work with clients from design to launch, translating field insights into scalable solutions.

You will own engagements, architect systems with EHRs and claims tools, and guide teams in executive-facing sessions. Requires 5–15 years’ software engineering, JS/TS/Python, and AWS/GCP expertise.

Qualifications

• Five to fifteen years of software engineering experience delivering production systems end to end.
• Experience designing complete system architectures and producing architecture diagrams.
• Experience delivering customer-facing software and owning client technical delivery, including scoping and integration.
• Production experience with LLM systems or AI agents, including guardrails and monitoring.
• Fluency with JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Next.js, and React, plus cloud experience with AWS or GCP.
• Healthcare or life sciences experience such as health insurance or HIPAA compliance.
• Strong client communication, including leading technical sessions for executives.
• Data or ML pipeline experience (ETL/ELT, document ingestion, or predictive modeling) is useful.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagements from pre-sales through architecture, integration, implementation and post-launch support.
• Design and build production AI agent systems that integrate with healthcare platforms like EHRs, claims systems, and CRMs.
• Lead working sessions and present technical solutions to executives and technical stakeholders.
• Make architecture and implementation decisions, scope integrations, and resolve challenges during engagements.
• Share deployment lessons with product teams and develop reusable components for future work.
• Build and support production apps, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines.
