Job summary

Bask Health is seeking a full-stack engineer to collaborate directly with the CEO and CTO to build the software backbone for telehealth. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, AI-first collaboration, and delivering scalable, reliable healthcare software.

You will work across Next.js/React front-end and tRPC/Prisma backend, with production-ready testing and fast iteration in a startup environment. The team values entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to ship quickly while maintaining safety

Qualifications

Experience as a full-stack generalist who has taken a product from 0-1.
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to own complete features.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong communication to articulate technical problems and timelines.
Experience with AWS Services (SQS, EventBridge, Lambda) and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences from concept through production.
Follow a feature from the interface to the API and database with no handoffs.
Work AI-first with Cursor and Claude Code, drafting intent and scaffolding components.
Prototype quickly with real users and iterate before production release.
Translate product needs into reusable, scalable code patterns.
Document prompts and workflows to enable faster, safe AI-enabled work.
Ensure performance, accessibility, and reliability across the stack.
Collaborate across the team to improve AI integration and delivery.
