Job summary

Ridgeline is seeking a Finance Systems Administrator to own accounting and planning systems, ensure they are configured, connected, and running to meet FP&A and Accounting needs. This role drives AI-first initiatives, leveraging tools like ChatGPT and other AI platforms to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial systems, data analytics, or finance ops.
• Experience administering ERP/FP planning like Workday Adaptive Planning, Coupa, BlackLine, Sage Intacct.
• Experience turning raw data into dashboards used by leaders.
• Solid knowledge of GL, AP/AR, close, and revenue recognition.
• Ability to communicate with both accountants and engineers.
• Curiosity for applying AI tools to finance problems.
• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/info systems or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with FP&A and Accounting to create reporting/workflows.
• Serve as primary admin of accounting and planning systems.
• Design and maintain leadership dashboards.
• Automate manual Finance processes with SQL, Python, and AI.
• Own system upgrades and end-to-end implementations.
• Liaise between Finance, IT, and Data & Analytics.
