Senior engineers own end-to-end delivery, write production-grade code, and drive pragmatic tradeoffs, balancing security, cost, and timelines while collaborating with platform, architecture, and governance partners.

Formación

• 5+ years delivering complex software in enterprise/regulatory contexts.
• Hands-on in distributed systems and data-intensive apps.
• Experience with AI stacks and agentic workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Embed with client teams to frame problems under constraints.
• Own end-to-end delivery from shaping to sustainment.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows and integrations.
• Write production-quality code with LangGraph, Python.
• Balance functionality, safety, cost, and timeline.
• Ensure security, AI integrity, FinOps compliance.
• Capture field learnings to improve platform.
• Collaborate with integration and architecture teams.
