Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in system test leadership across complex software/hardware products.
• 5+ years of people-management experience leading managers and distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing, test management, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute system test vision, strategy, and objectives.
• Lead globally distributed System Test managers and engineers.
• Establish risk-based test strategies for complex products and solutions.
• Direct manual and automated validation across multiple domains.
• Monitor test progress and communicate risks to senior leadership.
• Develop scalable automation roadmaps to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Champion AI/GenAI adoption in test design and maintenance.
