Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a senior creative professional to lead AI-enabled brand production and motion storytelling. You will partner with global creative leaders to transform abstract ideas into compelling visuals, prototypes, and immersive experiences across campaigns and executive presentations.

You will drive rapid prototyping, cinema-quality storytelling, and scalable workflows with AI tools, blending design and technology to elevate the brand.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or MFA in Design, Art, or related field.
• 12+ years of creative experience in-house or agency environments.
• Strong portfolio across digital, motion, 3D and experiential work.
• Proficiency with creative AI tools and design tech (Google Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Runway, ElevenLabs, Canva/Leonardo.ai).

Responsibilities

• Partner with creative and executive leaders to translate abstract ideas into compelling visuals and experiences.
• Prototype, animate, and visualize concepts for executive pitches, videos, campaigns, and internal moments.
• Transform static concepts into motion, 3D environments, animatics, and interactive prototypes.
• Apply pacing, sound, and narrative structure to simplify complex ideas for executives.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure storytelling aligns with concept, message, and audience.
