Job summary

Firsthand is seeking a Senior Contract Agentic Experience Designer to rethink and optimize how users engage with AI-powered brand experiences across a portfolio of priority campaigns. You’ll operate at the intersection of interaction design, conversational UX, and growth design, translating campaign objectives into intentional, measurable user experiences within an existing product and technical framework.

• Designing digital experiences where engagement or conversion is a core metric.
• Strong interaction design across flows, states, progression, and CTAs.
• Experience with conversational interfaces, AI products, or agent experiences.
• Ability to translate performance data into concrete design changes.

Responsibilities

• Translate campaign goals into intended user behaviors and design hypotheses.
• Design end-to-end agent experiences, including flows and CTAs.
• Collaborate with Solutions Consulting to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Develop reusable interaction patterns and design principles.
• Help define a permanent Agent Experience Design function.
