Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Application Designer and Developer to help deliver innovative, scalable software across web, mobile and tablet interfaces. You’ll work with clients to understand requirements, craft compelling UIs, and implement robust APIs in a hybrid, client-facing environment.

The role emphasizes modern software engineering practices, distributed systems, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to build platforms with AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 3–5+ years of experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Temporal.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and building Agents.
• Ability to design and implement robust APIs and microservices using Java, Python, FastAPI and OpenAPI.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements with clients to ensure the final product meets their needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
