Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Product Management - AI to help define, document, and deliver AI-powered digital products for agency operations and client projects. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and stakeholders to gather requirements, document user stories, and refine AI-driven features.

You’ll participate in agile ceremonies, assist with QA, and help translate requirements into clear flows and data models while staying current on generative AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of industry experience in Digital/Technical Product Management or related roles.
• Foundational familiarity or interest in generative AI and related digital technologies.
• Experience with AI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to research and synthesize emerging AI and automation technologies to support documentation, requirements, or proposals.
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, QA/test case support, and partner collaboration.
• Experience with agile project delivery and supporting multiple stakeholders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements gathering by participating in research, interviews, and working sessions with stakeholders under senior guidance.
• Assist with creation and maintenance of product and functional documentation using industry standards.
• Translate requirements into user/process flows and data models with team support.
• Support Product and Engineering by communicating requirements and documenting specifications.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and share progress updates.
