Job summary

United Airlines is seeking a Senior Developer to design and build scalable AI agents and orchestration workflows. You will work with LangChain-like frameworks, Python, and cloud technologies to automate customer retail journeys across channels.

Responsibilities include developing agentic workflows, contributing to architecture, and delivering high‑quality, secure code in an Agile environment. Experience with AWS services and modern AI tooling is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
3+ years of software design and development experience.
Strong proficiency in Python and modern cloud tech.
Experience with AWS, API development and integration.
Knowledge of OO design, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work legally in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows at scale.
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Lead architecture decisions and ensure code quality and security.
Implement and optimize RAG patterns and prompt engineering.
Work in Agile teams to deliver customer-focused automation solutions.
