Job summary

GMI Cloud, Inc. seeks a technically hands‑on Developer Relations professional to turn emerging AI tech into compelling developer experiences. You will build demos, tutorials, and content, and present to technical audiences at events and in online formats.

You’ll translate fast‑moving AI trends into practical use cases, create benchmarks and sample code, and grow the ecosystem through open source and partnerships. Mountain View/SF area in‑person collaboration expected.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience and strong technical skills are required.
• Experience building AI applications, technical demos, developer tools, or model integrations.
• Practical understanding of LLM APIs, streaming, tool calling, structured output, agents, RAG, and inference workflows.
• Experience with AI coding tools and agent frameworks/orchestration tools.
• Ability to learn and experiment with new models, frameworks, and developer platforms.
• Strong awareness of current AI trends and judgment to identify important developments.
• Experience creating online tutorials, technical documentation, videos, workshops, or developer education content.
• Public speaking and comfort presenting to technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build around the latest AI trends by tracking models, tools, and open‑source developments.
• Create working demos, notebooks, templates, and reference implementations.
• Translate trends into practical developer use cases and publish tutorials and content.
• Present technical topics via webinars, workshops, and conferences; represent the company at events.
• Grow the developer ecosystem through campaigns, collaborations, and community engagement.
