GMI Cloud, Inc. is seeking a Community Lead to grow our global AI developer and startup ecosystem from the ground up. You will shape programs, form strategic partnerships, and drive engagement across communities and partnerships worldwide.

This hands-on role focuses on launching startup initiatives, ambassador networks, and scalable community experiences. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Developer Experience to turn communities into growth engines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in community building or ecosystem growth.
• Proven track record launching ambassador networks.
• Strong relationships with startups, accelerators, or developer communities.
• Excellent communication and project management.

Responsibilities

• Grow and engage developer and user communities across multiple channels.
• Own startup ecosystem programs and partnerships.
• Launch and scale ambassador program with recruitment and onboarding.
• Plan events and measure impact on platform adoption.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Product teams.
