Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications with a focus on developer enablement and AI-assisted development. The role spans across the full SDLC, including architecture, testing, deployment, and performance optimization.

The position is based in Dearborn, Michigan, with hybrid work and four days in the office per week. Candidates should have extensive IT and software development experience and strong Python skills to automate

Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience.
8+ years of software development experience.
Proven ability to apply AI concepts to developer workflows.
Strong Python skills for scripting, automation, and AI integration.
Experience across the software development lifecycle.
Two coding languages or advanced expertise in one language.
Experience with AI and Expert Systems.

Responsibilities

Accelerate adoption of AI-assisted development tools across engineering teams.
Build internal tooling, automation, and integrations to improve developer experience.
Develop prototypes and production-ready AI-enabled solutions.
Create engineering accelerators and templates for multiple teams.
Support onboarding and enablement activities for engineers.
Engage with customers to understand use cases and requirements.
Design and implement software architectures and deployment strategies.
Define testing strategies and ensure security practices.
