Job summary

HTC Global Services in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 6+ years in full-stack Java, Spring Boot, Angular and GCP. The role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying and maintaining software across the lifecycle, with a hybrid schedule requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.

You will build APIs and microservices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive CI/CD, testing, and security practices while staying current with emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, Angular, APIs and GCP fundamentals.
• Experience with GCP environments and Tekton Pipelines.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and agile practices.
• Proficient with PostgreSQL/SQL and API development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain full-stack applications.
• Engage with customers to understand use cases and requirements.
• Define technology stacks, integration methods and deployment strategies.
• Create high-level designs outlining structure and interfaces.
• Collaborate with product, design and architecture teams.
• Define testing strategies and ensure quality delivery.
• Improve performance and adopt new technologies for efficiency.
• Implement test-driven development, CI/CD and security practices.
• Develop back-end APIs and microservices; monitor tech stack evolution.
