Job summary

Kastle is building the AI employee for consumer lending in San Francisco. We partner with major banks to scale deployments, adoption, and compliance.

You’ll lead strategic deployments, work cross-functionally with engineering and sales, and shape how our technology performs in real-world settings. You will own end-to-end deployments, drive expansions, and craft prompts and workflows to meet evolving regulatory needs while maintaining a high-energy customer focus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a high-rigor customer-facing role (technical account mgmt, solutions engineering, implementation, consulting, or banking).
• Hands-on LLM experience building agents, evals, and understanding agent failures.
• Comfort reading API docs and data mapping/integration concepts.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes customer situations.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders across ops, compliance, product, eng and commercial teams.
• High energy; able to drive clarity and optimism in complex deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own our most strategic deployments end to end — timeline, health, adoption, and the customer relationship.
• Find and drive upsell and expansion opportunities across every account.
• Dig into transcripts, logs, prompts to explain agent behavior to compliance, ops, and engineering.
• Write, test, and ship prompt and logic changes as workflows evolve.
• Stand up an AI-powered CSM layer using third-party tooling and keep it current.
• Own our ticketing system and make it world-class.
• Build internal tooling like end-of-day reports on failed calls and fixes.
• Push back when a customer ask or sales commitment mismatches reality.
