Kastle is building the AI employee for consumer lending. We are founding the product team and hiring leaders to own product for the originations vertical, partnering with customers to build features, guide deployments, and drive adoption.

You will eventually own strategy, execution, integrations, and partnerships for a full end-to-end AI originations platform. You will work with AI engineers on failure modes, evaluation criteria, and autonomy decisions, shaping product direction in a

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management or equivalent ownership
• Hands-on experience with LLMs: prompts, evals, collaboration with engineers
• Metrics-driven decisions with instrumentation and traceability
• Experience deploying to enterprise customers and driving adoption

Responsibilities

• Own the originations product line end to end: roadmap, prioritization, delivery for AI origination agents
• Collaborate with AI engineers on failure modes, eval criteria, and autonomy judgments
• Project-manage post-sale implementations, drive customer adoption, ensure rollout success
• Close the loop from field reality back into the roadmap
• Own originations product marketing: positioning, demos, case studies from live deployments
