Job summary

Enlighten AI Labs is seeking a senior engineer to lead customer deployments, turning business problems into production software and guiding the team from discovery through rollout.

You will own technical direction, coordinate integrations across data, APIs, and BI tools, and drive production readiness with monitoring and security controls. Expect workload with cloud infra and enterprise authentication, and mentoring engineers to create reusable deployment patterns.

Qualifications

• Senior ownership of software delivered into real customer environments, including architecture and rollout decisions.
• Strong Python or TypeScript skills, practical SQL, and API/databases experience.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and enterprise authentication/permissions/integration constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with customers, turning business needs into a deliverable plan.
• Coordinate integrations connecting governed data and agent workflows to BI tools and routines used by customers.
• Run multiple AI agents in parallel to explore systems, prototype integrations, and build diagnostics.
• Ensure production readiness with access controls, automated checks, and monitoring for customers and support teams.
• Trace failures across application, data, and infrastructure; raise risks early for mitigation.
• Coach engineers through delivery and help product turn recurring customer needs into reusable patterns.
