Job summary

Lightworks is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead complex technology and AI programs within highly regulated enterprises. You will translate executive priorities into delivery roadmaps, own substantial program accountability, and mentor teams across strategic engagements.

Candidates bring 10+ years in senior technology leadership, with deep experience in regulated industries and stakeholder management, to shape enterprise-scale outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, electronics, or another STEM-related field.
• Hyper-scale certifications at the Associate or Professional level are required.
• 10+ years of delivery experience in senior technology leadership roles, with 3+ in regulated institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology, AI, modernization, and platform programs inside regulated enterprise environments, from architecture through delivery.
• Translate board and executive priorities into structured programs, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Own VP/SVP-level accountability for technology programs in CTOaaS engagements.
