Job summary

loomAI is seeking a program leader to own and run client engagements for AI initiatives in regulated environments. You will steer weekly rhythms, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and ensure the right information is delivered at the right time.

You’ll translate AI behavior into clear business terms and guide cross-functional teams to align on strategy and delivery. You have 3–6 years of client-facing program experience in consulting or professional services, with hands-on AI or analytics

Qualifications

3–6 years running client-facing programs in consulting or professional services.
Direct experience on AI, data, or analytics programs.
Comfortable owning senior stakeholder relationships and hard conversations.
Ability to align multiple functions across a large organization for AI initiatives.
Explain AI system behavior and trade-offs to non-technical executives.
Actively using AI tools in your own work.

Responsibilities

Run the client engagement with weekly rhythm and escalations.
Own alignment across the client ecosystem across marketing, technology, data, operations, and compliance.
Manage senior stakeholder relationships across business and technology.
Navigate competing priorities to keep delivery on track.
Identify risks and propose a path forward.
Plan for engagement growth and client needs ahead of time.
Translate AI system behavior into plain business language for executives.
