• 10+ years in software, product, or AI delivery.
• Led teams shipping AI-powered production software.
• Fluency with agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and RAG.

Responsibilities

• Lead Forward-Deployed Engineering pod and roadmap.
• Run the operating model with value/feasibility/data-risk checks.
• Set technical direction for production agentic systems.
• Stand up delivery foundations: guardrails, observability, reusable patterns.
• Own cost-to-serve and vendor collaboration.
• Partner with sponsors to ship AI systems.
• Scale the capability across the organization.
