Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years (post undergraduate) building and operating large-scale production systems.
• 2+ years post graduate level experience in data-intensive platforms and recommender systems.
• 2+ years hands-on reinforcement learning in production environments.
• Deep familiarity with MDPs, Bellman equations, and exploration–exploitation.
• Proficiency in Python 3.x with PyTorch or TensorFlow for policy networks.
• Experience with Ray RLlib for distributed training and large-scale optimization.
• Experience with Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake for large datasets.
• Experience with MLflow for experiment tracking and model registry.
• Experience shipping production systems with reliable operation.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and improve reinforcement learning policy for Next Best Action platform.
• Instrument training pipelines and evaluate decision-making algorithms.
• Collaborate with data and platform engineers; ensure clinical eligibility constraints.
• Own software development stages including front-end, back-end, and data integrations.
