Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 8+ years in Data Science/ML/AI.
• 3+ years as a technical SME, mentoring, code reviews, and AI/ML best practices guidance.
• 3+ years designing, developing, and deploying ML/AI solutions in production.
• Experience with ML, NLP, Generative AI, and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of AI and Data Science professionals and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Define AI roadmaps and move high-impact solutions from concept to production.
• Establish scalable practices for responsible AI, governance, MLOps, and deployment.
• Influence enterprise AI strategy and evaluate emerging technologies.
