Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant AI and/or analytics experience.
• 3+ years’ experience programming in Python.
• 3+ years’ experience programming in SQL.
• 3+ years’ experience working with Cloud technology.
• Experience developing AI/ML-driven products or decision-support tools, familiarity with agentic architecture and deployment.
• Experience developing, implementing and supporting enterprise technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leverages cutting-edge AI techniques to develop agents or tools for automation and augmentation use cases in operations.
• Executes AI projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, organizational priorities, and business objectives.
• Analyzes requirements, assesses feasibility, and proposes AI solutions, conversational experiences, prompts, and platform capabilities in order to address new initiative challenges effectively.
• Collaborates with AI engineers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to develop and implement AI solutions.
• Determines analytical approaches and modeling techniques to evaluate scenarios and potential future outcomes.
• Performs analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve multiple and/or complex business problems utilizing statistical techniques and mathematical analyses.
