CVS Health in Boston is seeking a results-driven AI/Analytics professional to lead end-to-end AI initiatives in operations. You will leverage Python, SQL, and cloud technologies to build agents and decision-support tools that drive efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers and business partners, analyze data, design experiments, and present findings to stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree in CS/Math or related field is required; Master’s/PhD preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AI and analytics experience.
• 3+ years' experience programming in Python.
• 3+ years' experience programming in SQL.
• 3+ years' experience working with Cloud technology.
• Experience developing AI/ML-driven products or decision-support tools.
• Experience developing, implementing and supporting enterprise technology solutions.

Responsabilités

• Leverages cutting-edge AI techniques to develop agents or tools for automation and augmentation use cases in operations.
• Executes AI projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, organizational priorities, and business objectives.
• Analyzes requirements, assesses feasibility, and proposes AI solutions, conversational experiences, prompts, and platform capabilities.
• Collaborates with AI engineers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to develop and implement AI solutions.
• Determines analytical approaches and modeling techniques to evaluate scenarios and potential future outcomes.
• Performs analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve multiple and/or complex business problems using statistical techniques.
• Collaborates with business partners to develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reports and performance metrics.
• Develops and participates in presentations and consultations on results and solutions.
