Job summary

Citizens Bank seeks a Principal Engineer to serve as the senior technical authority for enterprise browser data protection and support. You will lead architecture, policy design, and platform strategy across a regulated enterprise environment.

Responsibilities include designing DLP controls, integrating with identity, SIEM, CASB, and cloud services, and guiding incident response. Strong leadership, collaboration, and hands-on automation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, cybersecurity, IT, or engineering; advanced security certs preferred.
• Demonstrated CISSP/CCSP/CISM or equivalent security certifications.
• Strong knowledge of browser security, DLP, and enterprise platform engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise browser security architecture, roadmap, standards, and lifecycle.
• Design and implement browser-based data loss prevention controls including downloads, clipboard, and session restrictions.
• Integrate browser platforms with identity, EDR, DLP, SIEM/SOAR, CASB, and cloud tech.
• Provide Tier 3/4 support; lead incident response; perform root-cause analyses and create runbooks.
• Automate deployment, policy management, monitoring, and platform health checks.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with Cybersecurity, IAM, Endpoint, Network, Cloud, Risk, and Compliance teams.
