Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a leader to drive the development and deployment of AI models and data architectures, improving business processes and system performance. You will manage a small to mid-sized AI and data team, enforce governance standards, and collaborate cross-functionally to apply AI and analytics for actionable insights.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in AI/data, with preferred advanced degree and experience in financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional AI and data experience.
• Experience managing teams and delivering AI/data-driven solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of AI models and data architectures to improve processes and performance.
• Manage a small to mid-sized AI and data team.
