Job summary

Celigo seeks a Senior Data Integrations Engineer - AI to design, build, and deploy scalable integration solutions and AI-powered automations. You will create AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and integrator.io, connecting diverse systems while ensuring data quality and security across enterprise platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in JSON/XML integration design, REST/SOAP, and hands-on AI experience. Remote-first culture with strong collaboration across Global Technology Operations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• 5+ years developing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs; JSON and XML schema design experience.
• 1+ years building AI solutions using RAG, LangGraph, web scraping, or other AI tech.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Python for data processing in integration projects.
• Experience with integrating LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude) with external APIs and vector databases.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, context management, and AI-driven multi-step orchestration.
• Hands-on with cloud apps like Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Zendesk, Gong, Gainsight.
• Experience designing and building integration solutions in Sales or Customer Success domains.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Celigo product through scalable integrations enabling business growth.
• Build AI agents/integrations using integrator.io and frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph; follow AI SDLC practices.
• Advocate for AI capabilities among stakeholders and customers.
• Design, build, and deliver scalable data pipelines on modern cloud architectures.
• Collaborate with business process experts to create solutions for complex systems and data platforms.
• Ensure integrations adhere to engineering best practices: data quality, operability, and security.
• Maintain relationships with technical and business teams; manage multiple projects.
• Serve as owner and escalation point for integrations; produce clear technical documentation and hand-offs to peers.
