Qualifications
- 7+ years in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer.
- Production infrastructure design on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) with Kubernetes and IaC.
- Experience building production AI/ML applications or agents and using LangChain/LangGraph.
- Strong prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and instrumenting observability.
- Excellent communication with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.

- Design scalable, highly-available AI infrastructure deployments and multi-agent systems.
- Architect infrastructure for enterprise integration, CI/CD, and security patterns.
- Lead technical maturity assessments and present recommendations to customers.
