Job summary

U.S. Financial Technology seeks a Lead AI and Data Solution Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise‑scale data and AI solutions. You will lead LLM/agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP, leveraging AWS and Snowflake to deliver secure, scalable pipelines.

The role requires deep expertise in Python, cloud security, and a proven track record in financial services or mortgage tech. Remote US-based with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, AI solution development, or related roles.
• Proven expertise in LLMs, agentic AI systems, MCP.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, including prompt engineering, RAG, and enterprise integration.
• Python ecosystem: LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI, AWS/OpenAI SDKs.
• Strong Snowflake and AWS services knowledge (Glue, S3, Lambda, SageMaker).
• Experience in financial services or mortgage industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale data and AI solutions.
• Architect and optimize LLM and agentic AI workflows for automation and decision support.
• Deploy AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and n8n for scalable orchestration.
• Develop MCP-based solutions to improve model interpretability and deployment at scale.
• Build scalable, secure data pipelines on AWS and Snowflake for structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including risk, legal, and compliance.
• Stay current with AI/data trends to drive continuous innovation and governance.
