Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a Project Controls Manager/Project Manager for a large-scale, multi-site data center program in Texas. You will design and manage schedule, cost, and change control, creating a single source of truth for performance data.

You will work with leadership, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and execution. The role requires senior-level experience in complex construction and mastery of Primavera P6 and EVM concepts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or cost/schedule management.
• Large-scale construction or infrastructure project experience.
• Experience with cost control systems, scheduling methodologies, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Management & Planning across multiple sites and programs.
• Cost Control & Financial Oversight including budgeting, forecasting, and EVM processes.
• Change Management & Governance to maintain alignment of scope, cost, and schedule.
• Reporting & Data Analytics through dashboards and performance metrics.
• Process Development & Standardization to scale project controls systems.
