Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking an experienced Program Manager (Data Center Construction) to lead a growing portfolio of data center programs in the Memphis area, with travel across the US. You will manage multiple construction PMs, bridge field execution, engineering, and leadership, and drive strategy, risk, and operational excellence.

The role is onsite with some travel; requires PM certifications preferred; focus on safety, milestones, budgets, and strong communication with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years in construction project/program management in data centers or large industrial projects.
• 5+ years direct people management leading PMs, superintendents, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to deliver complex programs on aggressive schedules and budgets.
• Technical knowledge across civil/site, structural, MEP, controls, commissioning.
• Excellent leadership and executive-level communication.
• Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, MS Project.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to a team of Construction Project Managers.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of multiple large-scale construction programs.
• Align deliverables with infrastructure roadmap and AI compute needs.
• Manage program budgets, schedules, resources, risks; master plans.
• Act as owner’s representative with general contractors, vendors, authorities, and stakeholders.
• Drive standardized processes, KPIs, dashboards; pursue cost savings and innovations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with codes and regulations.
• Identify and resolve cross-project issues; lead recovery efforts as needed.
• Mentor teams and evolve the program management framework.
